Alex Yeandle

I'm a PhD candidate in Political Science at the London School of Economics.

I study the political consequences of technological change. I'm interested in how rising mobile phone and internet use shape electoral accountability in new democracies. 

 

My recent research is published in, or forthcoming at, the American Journal of Political Science, British Journal of Political Science, and Comparative Political Studies.

I previously worked for the Nuffield Politics Research Centre and was a visiting fellow at UNU-WIDER.
